Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for end-to-end customers' sales order processing via SAP system.
• Monitor sales order status and ensure a smooth delivery to client in a timely manner.
• Handle export shipments for intercompany and overseas customers.
• Prepare the shipping document for local and export shipment.
• Support in investigations of internal / external complains to identify root cause and provide solutions.
• Ensure hazardous substance license from local customers are valid.
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Business Admin or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of customer service and team management experience or similar function

The Opportunity

• Building and executing B2B lead generation marketing campaigns targeting HR, Internal communications and C-Suite audiences.
• Planning, project managing and executing owned and third party events (virtual and in-person), webinars, digital, social media, emails and telemarketing campaigns
• Strong experience in virtual and physical event content creation including agendas, speaking briefings, high level slide deck development, social media copy and sales enablement material
