Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy and Planning:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for LED lighting products to achieve revenue and market share objectives.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats.
Team Leadership:
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing sales team.
- Set clear performance expectations, provide ongoing coaching, and conduct performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team culture.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
- Understand customer requirements and provide tailored solutions to meet their lighting needs.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
Sales Execution:
- Direct and oversee the day-to-day sales activities, ensuring that targets are met or exceeded.
- Monitor sales performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance product positioning and competitiveness.
Market Expansion:
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for LED lighting products.
- Develop and implement strategies to penetrate new markets and acquire new customers.
- Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management.
- Conduct market analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in LED lighting sales, with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Familiarity with the lighting industry, including knowledge of LED technology and trends.
- Results-oriented with a focus on customer satisfaction and long-term relationships.
- Ability to travel as needed.
