Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular visits to targeted customers to build rapport and address inquiries, as well as respond to product complaints and suggestions.
• Provide technical consultation, sharing in-depth knowledge and experience with customers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer service, to deliver comprehensive solutions.

Entry Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience, preferably in Automation or Semiconductor (Semicon) environments.

• Experience in inside sales activities.

Responsibilities

• Develop the marketing and promotional plans the acquisition of new broadband customers, monetization of existing customer base and increase number of customers in the home broadband segment, including but not limiting to supporting through the launch of new products and service offerings, and maintenance of existing products and services.
