• Regular monitoring of campaign data, performance, goal-tracking and general analytics
• Provide campaign progress updates to Director Marketing APAC and Marketing Managers on a regular basis
• Work hand-in-hand with marketers from other regions to ensure optimized user journeys through landing pages and conversion points
• Report to Director Marketing APAC and collaborate with graphic designers, video editors, Press Release and digital agencies to ensure a cohesive digital presence
• Assist with offline marketing projects as requested including event management and marketing administration.

The Successful Applicant

• 5 years in digital marketing channels in both the B2B and B2C space in a life-science or medical device
• General marketing background including communications, event management.
• Planning and execution of multi-market, full-funnel, multi-channel digital campaigns
• Proven success/achievement in managing agencies and production suppliers.
• Ability to communicate complex digital metrics into digestible data. Ability to present results and learnings to managers of the organization.

Job Description

• Develop and implement sales development strategy considering the business capabilities, trade lanes and business plan to meet or exceed assigned sales targets (hunter role)
• Work closely with internal stakeholders to increase new customer acquisitions and retention
• Establish and manage network of customer contacts in order to build relationship and trust
• Drive strategies to establish value - creating partnerships with customers
• Transform discussions and potential opportunities into actionable future plans with customers
• Maintain optimal sales volume, product mix, and selling price, supply and demand, changing trends, competitors and so forth
• Optimise GP and adjust selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand
• Oversee coordination with relevant departments on meeting customer's requirements
• Create SOP for secured customer and ensure the required processes
• Facilitate in resolving service issues
• Update and create marketing collateral, materials and all customer related information with operation and marketing teams
• Any other job-related duties assigned

• 7 years in sales position in the logistics or fright forwarding industry
• Business development and strategic account management
• Market knowledge in freight forwarding, supply chain solutions, with specialisations in the b2b sector
