Requirements:

• Degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• ACTA/ ACLP/ DACE Certified will be ideal
• With 4 - 6 years of relevant experience, preferably from retail/ fashion retail industry

Main Responsibilities:

• Support sales staff quotations, provide regular updates AND project coordination
• Follow up on samples submission & do updates
• Marketing admin support
• Administration duties assigned by supervisor
• IT Savy to provide digital marketing to outreach to the markets
• Support procurement dept admin needs
• Trained as automatic backup support to indoor sales counter if needed

Requirements:

• 1 year sales/marketing admin experience preferably
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only.
