We are looking for a skilled, experienced, and dedicated Product Sales Specialist to join our team in Singapore. This role is integral to expanding our presence in the premium oral care market, driving business development, and building strong relationships across diverse channels, including dental professionals, hospital dental divisions, and consumer retail. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of brand positioning, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to deliver educational solutions while articulating the value of our products.
To get the job done with a bright smile on your face, you should meet the following requirements;
- Promotes and sells the company’s products and services within an assigned geographic area to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Responsible for developing, building, and strengthening long-term relationships with stakeholders including but not limited to clinics, dental professionals, hospitals, and retail outlets.
- Contribute positively to the sales and marketing team through cooperative relationships and collaborative efforts to achieve team and company objectives.
- Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of the product portfolio, including technical specifications and clinical benefits.
- Educate healthcare professionals and retail staff on product features, applications, and benefits through workshops, presentations, and hands-on demonstrations.
- Manage sales process with pipeline management and perform pipeline analysis with follow-up action plans.
- Stay current and maintain a good knowledge of products, market needs, and competitors’ products.
- Ensure timely report submission
- Represent the company professionally at trade exhibitions, events, and demonstrations.
- Take care of payment collections.
- Results-oriented, operative with excellent analytical skills, strong ethical standards, values, and good judgment.
- Adapt time-to-time tasks requested by the company
Qualifications & Skills
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Willing to learn and grow
- Strong knowledge of oral care products or at least 3 years (s) of sales working experience in B2B professional (dental/medical) and B2C retail market selling environment is a plus
- Proactive, self-motivated, and goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Willingness to travel to meet clients and attend industry events.
