Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team (e.g., Sales Representatives, Promoters) to meet sales targets and business objectives.
• Enhance sales coverage efficiency through data analysis and strategic insights.
• Maximize ROI by implementing new initiatives and engaging in effective negotiations.
• Provide valuable feedback on sales operations, competitor promotions/pricing, and market trends.
• Oversee all sales and trade activities at assigned outlets.
• Implement Sales & Merchandising strategies, particularly focusing on FIFO (First In, First Out) principles.
• Develop, maintain, and strengthen relationships with both existing and new customers.
• Support promotional activities, events, and seminars as needed, including working on weekends and public holidays.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of relevant experience in the FMCG industry, with a preference for experience in the e-commerce channel.
• Prior experience in sales account management for modern trade and/or managing a team of sales representatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and SAP or similar systems.
• Detail-oriented with a strong business acumen, and a passion for research, data analysis, and problem-solving.
