Job Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities and develop new potential business segments
• Develop new business plan to increase market share, revenue and achieve profit goals
• Negotiate contracts, manage relationships and build strong rapport with existing and new clients.
• Monitor sales/marketing performance metrics, track progress against targets, and prepare regular reports for management review
• Lead sales/marketing team and facilitating team’s growth
• Perform other related tasks as deemed reasonable by the Management.

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma/Degree preferably in Business/Marketing/Electrical Engineering/
• 4 - 5 years' experience in Sales & Marketing in Data Center sector.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and persuasively.
• Demonstrated leadership ability with experience managing and motivating teams to achieve results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while managing multiple projects simultaneously.
• Possess own transport

• Attend to customer inquiries, quotations, and taking of orders from the customers. Involved in the coordination works for fulfilling the customer's order requirements.
• Develop strong customer relationships through regular visits or timely responses to their queries
• Understand customer's requirements, provide advice and assistance to customers with regard to technical issues
• Responsible for hunting new customers and growth areas

• Proficient in IT Skills e.g. MS Office
• Other ad hoc duties as assigned by management
• Knowledge in SAP system is preferred

Basic Salary: S$2600 to S$4500 + Allowance
