Duties and Responsibilities:

• Liaise and coordinate activities to meet customers order requirements.
• Prepare sales instruction for Production Planner
• Liaise and coordinate closely with Planning, Production and Delivery Store team to meet delivery according to schedule
• Manage feedback from customers
• Check to ensure pricing accuracy
• Maintain and update sales order record
• Manage and Maintain contacts record
• Liaise closely and provide follow-up action to service the customers’ requirement.
• Arrangement to collect sample for pricing reference
• Liaise with forwarder to issue permit for Malaysia delivery
• Calculate the tonnage for each lorry and liaise with Planner to schedule delivery
• Liaise with departments for invoice/DO
• Arrange delivery schedule
• Sending of sample and documentation
• Assisting Manager in Marketing Activites: coordinating with Marketing Agency on deliverables, compile market information and etc.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned

Requirements :

• O / Diploma in Business Administration
• with relevant experience in customer service /sales coordination
• Proficient in MS Excel

Your Responsibilities:

• Creative Design: Craft visually stunning designs for digital and print, including posters, banners, flyers, brochures, vouchers, gift cards, and POS displays.
• Content Creation: Develop engaging multimedia content, including photos, videos, animations, and social media posts tailored to platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and Xiao Hong Shu.
• Brand Storytelling: Collaborate with the team to conceptualise and execute campaigns that connect with our target audience.
• Photography & Videography: Capture product photos, videos, and lifestyle content that showcases the beauty of plants and garden spaces.
• Trendspotting: Stay updated on social media and marketing trends to ensure we’re always ahead of the curve.
• Campaign Coordination: Work closely with the team to align visuals with overarching marketing objectives.
• Asset Management: Organise and maintain a library of design assets for efficient and effective project execution.

What We’re Looking For:Marketing Designer and Content Creator

• Qualifications: Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related fields (or equivalent experience).
• Experience: At least 2 years of relevant experience in graphic design, content creation, or digital marketing.
• Technical Skills:

1. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
2. Proficiency in videography and photography skills.
3. Video editing skills (Premiere Pro, After Effects, or CapCut) are a bonus.

• Creative Edge: Strong eye for typography, layout, and aesthetics, with knowledge of colour theory and current design trends.
• Social Media Savviness: Familiarity with TikTok, Instagram, XHS, and other platforms, plus knowledge of content strategies.
• Soft Skills: Team player with excellent communication and collaboration abilities, capable of prioritising tasks and taking ownership of projects.
• Adaptability: Thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects effectively.
