The position of Conference Producer / Conference Marketing Specialist is a full-time position based in Singapore. You will oversee all aspects of events, from concept to execution, ensuring timelines are met, and that each event exceeds expectations. For virtual events, you will be responsible for both production and marketing; for in-person events, you will be responsible for either production or marketing. To promote and sell our range of pharmaceutical product to general practitioners, hospital and pharmacies.

Requirements:

1. Minimum O Level, NITEC, or equivalent.

2. Preferably with some sales experience (sales experience in Aesthetic products is an added advantage)

3. Highly motivated and target driven

4. Hardworking and willing to travel

5. Possess a car with valid driving license

6. Billingual in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken handle queries, request and concerns from Chinese speaking customers.

Responsibilities:

· You will promote and propose Trane Chiller & Equipment to building consultants and contractors

· Responsible for developing long term customer relationships

· Building close business relationship with customers especially key accounts

· Maximizing account penetration and customer retention

· Identify potential opportunities & develop solutions with existing & new customers

· Update forecast timely into the system

· Negotiates value, addresses resistance, and close the sales. Differentiates & made Trane as preferred supplier

· Any other duties as assigned from time to time

Requirement:

· Degree in Mechanical/ Electrical engineering or its equivalent

· 1-2 years in Engineering sales, experience in HVAC industry will be a plus
