Sales and Innovation Manager:
Roles & Responsibilities
. Managing sales team by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue, and expense controls.
. Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team.
. Maintain contact with existing customers and their OEM to ensure continuous business.
. Evaluate OEM requirements and provide sufficient consultation and supports to customers for them to proceed the product development smoothly.
. Decision making of standard price setting and adjustment for each sales account.
. Collecting global market information to implement our products into new market, industry, or application.
. Business innovation of new application and products with customers and OEM.
. Carry out any tasks relating to sales and innovation by Managing Director.
Key Qualifications:
. Bachelor’s Degree or higher in business/Science-Chemistry.
. Understanding of industries of expanded plastics, automotive parts, packaging, HVAC.
. Minimum 5+ years of sales or business development or product innovation experiences of above-mentioned industry.
. Excellent in organisational, leadership, proactive, communication, interpersonal and presentation skills with business acumen.
. Outstanding analytical & problem-solving/negotiation abilities.
. Proficiency in Japanese languages (speaking & writing) since this position often need to communicate with Japanese speaking clients, suppliers, and innovation division in Japan.
. Frequent overseas travels (mainly South East Asia, India, and Japan) will be required.
