Responsibilities:

• Understand the company's portfolio, its business nature and relevant markets
• Supporting in sales and marketing events (e.g. preparation, trainings, seminars, workshops etc.) for the Regional Sales Team. This includes and is not limited to events preparation, logistics and administrative support, events management
• Develop a sales mindset and sales pitch to capture customer attention and interest
• Strategically target and prospect the correct customers through information online and contacting these customers (online, phone or even in person) to verify their relevance to selected R&S portfolio

Requirements:

• Graduating students with Diploma / Degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering or relevant field of studies

5. Laboratory Oversight:

• Ensure labs comply with corporate and regional standards, including 5S housekeeping practices.

6. Compliance and Governance:

Job Requirements:

Education:

• Degree in Chemistry or a related field.

Experience:

• Minimum 10 years in technical, sales, or commercial roles, with a focus on surface treatment or similar industries.
• Proven ability to manage technical field support, process optimization, and application support.

Job Requirements

• At least 2 years of Inside Sales experience handling both inbound and outbound marketing, preferably in building services or enterprise software.
