Overview

The Client Success and Sales Specialist is a dynamic role designed to drive client satisfaction, engagement, and sales growth. You will play a critical role in onboarding and supporting clients, identifying sales opportunities, and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities

1. Client Success Management

Onboarding and Implementation:

• Guide new clients through platform registration, asset registration, and documentation submission.

Sales Engagement:

• Support the sales team by assisting in lead generation and qualification.
