Job Description:

• Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements, to promote the HVAC and Cleanroom products.
• Develop, present, or respond to proposals for specific customer requirements.
• Follow up project and generate sales quotation.
• Liaises with client project personnel and fulfil the project requirement.
• Manage existing client relationship.
• Customer development for Local and Oversea Market
• To achieve yearly sale target and resolve technical issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned by the management if required.

Qualifications:

• Diploma or Equivalent;
• Min 2 years of experience in sales, HVAC or Cleanroom experience is an added advantage;
• Proactive with strong sense of responsibility and result-oriented;
• Hardworking and Sales oriented;
• Able to work independently;
• Excellent computer proficiency (MS Office Package);
• Excellent presentation skills;

Job Functions

· Lead Generation: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels such as cold calling, networking, attending industry events, and leveraging online platforms.

· Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand their needs, preferences, and challenges to tailor solutions that align with their requirements.

· Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate target markets, increase market share, and drive revenue growth. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure alignment with overall business objectives.

· Proposal Preparation and Presentation: Prepare customized proposals and presentations outlining our landscaping services, pricing, and value proposition. Deliver compelling presentations to clients, addressing their needs and persuading them to choose our services.

· Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts with clients to ensure mutually beneficial agreements. Close sales and secure long-term partnerships with key clients.

· Market Research and Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities. Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for product/service enhancements and differentiation.

· Reporting and Performance Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and revenue forecasts. Generate regular reports to track progress against sales targets and identify areas for improvement.

· Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other departments such as operations, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects and alignment of business strategies.

Job Requirements

· Diploma or equivalent holder

· Proven track record of success in business development or sales

· Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

· Results-Oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales target

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software

· Willingness to travel within Singapore.

Job Description

• Customer engagement to identify their preferences and requirements for commercial vehicle leasing and sales
• Source for new corporate accounts, including SME, MNC, Independent Contractors, and Fleet Operators
• Facilitate test drive, vehicle introduction, and handover.
• Provide comprehensive information about pricing, leasing, sales, or vehicle information to customers/corporates
• Provide customer service, service recovery, and follow-ups on assigned corporate accounts
• Assist with documentation submission for sales and leasing requirements
• Develop professional knowledge in automotive (commercial) leasing/sales regulations and safety and vehicle knowledge
• Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets
• Prepare and compile weekly sales activities and reports for management

Requirements

• Min GCE 'O' Level or equivalent qualifications
• Valid class 3 driving license (Mandatory)
• Prior 1-5 years experience in insurance, retail, real estate or automotive trade preferred
• A strong passion for the automotive/motoring industry
• Outspoken, strong communication skills, and good listening ears
• Presentable outlook, good phone mannerisms, willing to learn
• Able to function independently, and also able to work with other team members
• Good Spoken English, able to converse in Mandarin as to liaise with our China base counterpart
