Job Description:

Primary function

• Full aspect of sales co-ordination, support and administration role to Business Development Department (BDD)
• PSI and ISO update, monitoring, factory orders full co-ordination and reporting on daily/weekly/monthly basis

Main duties and responsibilities

• Assist in managing daily and monthly PSI (Purchase, Sales and Inventory) including order input and monitoring of stock movement, liaising with sales team, product planning, suppliers and all factories.
• Daily and weekly coordination/checking and ISO Confirmation for all local products orders & shipping arrangement from suppliers & factories
• Daily assistance in order processing: Prepare and follow-up on Purchase, Sales and Delivery Order.
• Assist in preparation and maintenance of customers/channel partners record, orders and invoicing.
• Handle customer and promoters’ inquiry – Pending Order and Inventory status, if any
• Prepare Monthly PSI Report by product categories with sales-ending inventories for Business Planning Department to review
• Sending and coordinating Monthly PSI Reporting to all HQ Person-in-Charge by Product category
• Provide administrative support to Department head.
• Liaise with Warehouse and Logistic, Service and Finance department. from time-to-time when required on all order processing matters

Requirement

About This Role

As the Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and expansion of our SaaS platform - Circles X. This is not a typical sales role, it’s an opportunity to be part of a groundbreaking team that is reimagining the telco industry.

Sales Coverage: APAC; specific accounts and/or territory would be assigned based on priority.

Desired Outcomes:

• Lead large and strategic telco accounts and be responsible to deliver on the sales KPIs e.g. new funnel creation, timely opportunity progression and closure of accounts.
• Steer sales strategic direction and plan, collaboratively developing and executing this with the cross functional teams, with the eye on growth and increasing market share.
• Build and enhance C-suite relationships with both existing and new clients/accounts – new account development will be critical to the success of this role and Circles X’s growth plans.
• Establish a structured sales methodology and process, including opportunity validation, pursuit & closure, and a strong sales operating cadence.
• Optimize sales tools and provide greater visibility and actionable data for targeted sales efforts.
• Become a thought leader in the Telco vertical SaaS space by establishing credibility and bringing an informed POV on best practices and trends.

What we are looking for:

• 15+ years of APAC sales experience in telco SaaS software business, with extensive exposure to telecom operators across multiple markets.
• Has strong existing network with C-suite executives in client organizations and track record in building C-suite relationships.
• Solution/consultative selling in the domain of BSS to Telco clients.
• Analytical mindset, strong problem solving, should be able to challenge the status quo with a quantitative point of view.
• Strong believer and doer of value based selling methodology, be comfortable working on business cases and explaining the same at C level to Telco clients.
• Track record of closing large and complex B2B deals (i.e. long sales cycle, multiple decision makers with large deal value) with a value of USD 7-10 mio ARR; delivered 2x growth in the initial few years of growth phase.
• Has delivered on growth through channel partnerships/ strategic alliances / advisors.
• Willingness to adapt and learn in a rapidly changing environment.
