Job Description

Daily operational duties (internal):

• Respond to email and call queries from customers appropriately and in a timely manner.
• Work closely with all internal departments (sales team) & customers for order fulfilment & provisioning requirements in a timely manner.
• Actively monitor order-processing status until case is completed.
• Coordination for daily hardware delivery to customers.
• Attend to first line troubleshooting for customers for mobile services.
• Ensure prompt & timely update of data entry into internal CRM system.
• Check daily reports on customer’s mobility provisioning requirements.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure positive customer experience.
• Undertake any other Ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisor.

Daily operational duties (external to suppliers):

• Order submission & procurement of services from multiple vendors to fulfil customer’s orders
• To be the Point-of-Contact with suppliers on daily operational matters to ensure smooth processing and order fulfilment
• Check and ensure accuracy of cost invoiced by suppliers then reconcile & submit bill disputes to suppliers when required.

This is a commission-based sales hunter role - you will need to focus on acquiring new accounts on top of managing existing customers, representing the company and providing our solutions across compute, storage, AI/HPC, networking and more.

Reporting to the Head of Sales , you are responsible for the entire sales cycle, from identifying, to developing and closing deals in order to meet sales targets.

You will need to generate regular and timely forecasts, reports and account status to ensure that your sales targets are met.

Essentials

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT industry, with at least 2 years in a quota-carrying sales position
• Good understanding of IT hardware market, and healthy interest in AI/HPC trends and developments
• Independent, resourceful, good analytical and communication skills with bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin
• Should possess minimum of Diploma/Bachelors’ in Marketing/Computer Science/Business or related discipline

Remuneration

Commission-based, with a base starting salary of up to S$3-4k depending on applicant’s experience.
