JOB PURPOSE

To support the e-commerce department in areas of branding and marketing under guidance, and to ensure that the website is professional and up to date.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Assisting in the planning and execution of marketing and sales strategies
• Creating content and marketing material under guidance and direction
• Assisting in the maintenance and design of the website and other online channels
• Ensuring that all information displayed publicly are up to date
• Any other duties assigned by line manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• To have 2 years working experience in marketing and content creation
• To be proficient in one or more relevant design software
• To be creative and up-to-date with the latest trends
• To be an adaptable and good team player

• Develop annual and quarterly business plans to maximize the sales and product focuses
• Responsible for demand planning and new product forecasting
• Responsible for the front line teams; to ensure they reach sales targets
• Gather, report, and communicate customers' feedback on service, customers, and product
• Measure, track and analyze key KPIs to enhance results
• Create reports for upper management
• Keep abreast with industry, market trends, and best practices
• Maintaining constant communication between management and staff, to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Achieving consistency across all outlets in terms of great customer experience, service standards, and customer satisfaction

• 5 to 8 years of experience in beauty industry will be an advantage

We are looking for an enthusiastic Digital Marketing intern to join our Marketing department and provide creative ideas to help achieve our goals. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will be responsible for assisting analyzing data of the online sales channels and driving performance to meet our goals. This internship will help you acquire sales & marketing skills and provide you with knowledge of various sales & marketing technique.

Job Descriptions

• Social media and digital marketing platforms (Facebook, Instagram, etc)
• Online e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopee, Camel Website, etc)
• Design and layout in support of all digital marketing activities such as print and digital media (Poster, leaflets etc.)
• Assist the marketing team with planning of marketing events, campaigns, merchandising, sampling and promotions.
