Objective:
To lead and grow MAKE UP FOR EVER OMNI business and strengthen brand presence with effective strategies and implementation that fits to brand DNA and values. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Trade Marketing Executive to join our team and help us enhance our brand presence and drive sales through effective trade marketing strategies.
Job Summary:
As a Trade Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for developing and executing trade marketing strategies to boost product visibility and sales across key trade channels. You will work closely with sales team, vendors, and partners to ensure alignment with our brand and business objectives. This is strongly cross-functional role; requires the selected candidate to build a strong working relationship between the marketing and sales team, this position will initiate and/or support efforts towards developing, implementing, and assessing programs to effectively market to our consumers through our customers. Support the building and implementation of brand plans and strategies established. This role is ideal for someone with a year of experience in trade marketing, who is eager to grow and make a significant impact.
Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with the Marketing Manager to develop trade marketing strategy and implement promotional campaigns to achieve defined business objectives across all product categories and channels.
- Collaborate with sales and product marketing teams to identify opportunities and create compelling marketing materials and POSM displays.
- Manage relationships with key trade partners, distributors, and retailers to enhance product visibility and engagement.
- Create and analyze sell-out reports to monitor product sales performance in retail outlets, identifying trends, patterns, and opportunities from sales data to guide future marketing and sales strategies.
- Drive in-store events and counter activations, and coordinate with retailers to execute with excellence + supporting in facilitating corporate and brand events/ workshops.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of trade marketing activities, using sales data and market feedback to refine strategies.
- Compile, review and analyse competitors’ monthly trade activities.
- Support the development of sales presentations, merchandising strategies, and promotional plans.
