• Proficiency in technical management and comprehension
• Skills in problem-solving, product knowledge, and addressing customer needs
• Experience in new customer development and comfortable with cold calling
• Effective presentation and communication abilities
• Technical understanding, requirements analysis, and innovation
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software
