What’s the role?

Index Sales Specialists at Bloomberg are responsible for new business development in addition to maintaining existing client relationships for Bloomberg Index solutions. As the South East Asia Index Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for positioning, demonstrating and licensing Bloomberg’s fixed income, equity, and multi-asset class index solutions to prospective customers in addition to existing clientele across financial institutions in the territory, including the investment management, sell-side and asset owner community.

This is a highly visible role within the organization with involvement in shaping strategy, senior level relationship management and in-depth discussions regarding Bloomberg index methodology and product development.

You will be responsible for all aspects of Indices related engagements, including data subscriptions, customization, and asset-based licensing. The role requires close collaboration, and strong communication with global sales, client services and support teams, research, marketing, product management to deliver optimal solutions to our customers in the region. The position is based in Singapore, with coverage spanning across South East Asia markets, including Thailand, Malaysia and the Philippines.
