Qualifications:

• No prior sales experience is necessary; we seek candidates with passion and a strong desire to learn
• Holding SCI certifications (BCP, PGI, ComGI, HI) is a plus
• Proficiency in additional languages (e.g., French, Indonesian, Russian, Spanish, Hindi, Portuguese, Mandarin) is an advantage, as we work mainly with foreigners.

The SALES Manager is responsible for maintaining the operational of the office (Bukit timah branch) as well as ensuring sales target of the sales consultant are achieved monthly. Reporting to the Director, his/her role will establish and maintain sales target achievable by each sales consultant without compromising cohesiveness among the colleagues.

· Responsible for achieving sales targets of the branch office assigned by the Director

· To assist the Director to manage and grow the branch business in bukit timah area. Areas of responsibility include Sales Consultant monthly target, Forecasting and Reporting management and Proposals and Contracts administration management.

· Liaises with both internal and external parties necessary to ensure sales target success: Company Management, Suppliers, Workers and the customers

• In charge of sales and marketing tasks with the primary goal of increasing wine sales and the market share of wineries.
• ⁠Equipped with wide-ranging experience in wine sales and distribution, knowledge of different wine brands and characteristics, as well as familiarity with wine pairing techniques.
• Capability to conceptualize and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
• Promote and sell wines
• Managing sales targets, customer service levels, and profits; facilitating wine deliveries for special events;
• Assessing market trends and determining business opportunities.
• ⁠Provide strong after-sales support and maintain excellent business relationships with the customers to retain their accounts, grow their listings, and create new business opportunities
• ⁠Manage aging AR to ensure customer payments are received in a timely manner and communicate regularly with the finance team regarding customers who are outside of their trade terms
• Keep informed of industry trends, participate in the trade portfolio selection and range reviews, continue to develop your own wine knowledge, and be an expert in the trade portfolio we offer
• Operate within the company guidelines and follow the processes set up relating to the day-to-day operations of the business, be a team player, supporting the whole team to achieve the overall Company sales targets and revenue goals
• Work closely with different teams and departments to ensure smooth operations.
