The Regional Service Sales Manager role is responsible for managing a growing Service Sales team across Asia. This role will be responsible for maximising the full potential of Rotork large installation base. This role requires a dynamic and experienced professional who can develop and execute strategic plans, manage a team of sales representatives, and build strong customer relationships in order to achieve and exceed service sales targets. The successful candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our clients.

Responsibilities

• Sales Strategy and Planning - Develop and implement sales strategies to drive service revenue growth in the region. Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic planning. Set clear sales targets and develop action plans to achieve and exceed them.
• Team Management - Lead, coach, and mentor a team of service sales representatives to meet their individual and team targets. Provide training and ongoing support to ensure the team's success.
• Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospective customers. Understand customer needs and tailor solutions to meet their specific requirements.
• Market Analysis and Reporting: Monitor market conditions and competitive landscape to identify opportunities and threats. Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics for senior management.
• Service Offerings and Pricing: Collaborate with product and service teams to understand offerings and align sales strategies accordingly. Set competitive pricing and create value propositions to attract customers. Becoming the Asia Lead for promoting Rotork’s suite of value added services

• Compliance and Ethics: Ensure all sales activities adhere to company policies and ethical standards.

• Develop and maintain good working relationships with new and existing customers and other stakeholders
• Identify and meet relevant customer needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines
• Provide follow-ups regularly with existing customers to ensure that quality standards are maintained
• Develop proposals and deliver strategic sales presentations
• Identify business opportunities and follow-up to close sales
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through sales activities
• Provide regular reports to the management team on market/ customer/ sales movements

Requirement:

• Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma.
• At least 2 Year(s) of sales and cold call experience for this position
