Job Summary:

The Sales Support will be responsible for providing administrative and sales support to the company. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detailed oriented, efficient, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support by managing paperwork, organizing files, and handling correspondence.
• Assist in sales-related tasks, such as preparing reports and coordinating activities.
• Schedule appointments, meetings, and calls, and ensure that they are prepared and on time for all engagements.
• Prepare presentations and reports.

Requirements:

• No experience required.
• Minimum local Polytechnic Diploma qualification.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proactive and able to work independently.
• Singaporean only.

• Follow up and convert motor insurance renewals for existing and new customers
• Cross-sell other general insurance products to customers
• Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure a positive customer experience.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and customer interactions in the system.
• Stay up to date with product knowledge, market trends, and industry regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma
• Candidates who possess BCP, PGI, HI or ComGI will have added advantage
• 1-2 years’ Motor insurance experience

SALARY RANGE:

Basic up to $2400

With Incentives upon meeting targets: $4,500 to $5,000 (Gross)
