Responsibilities:
· Partner with suppliers to develop and implement effective marketing strategies and plans that align with company objectives, target audience, and market trends.
· Oversee the accurate forecasting and tracking of inventory levels, ensuring alignment with business goals and ensuring availability of products to meet demand.
· Prepare and analyze detailed business performance reports, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and inventory data, and provide actionable insights to both suppliers and internal teams.
· Regularly organize and conduct business review meetings with suppliers, discussing sales performance, inventory management, and potential improvements to strengthen the partnership.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to foster trust, collaboration, and mutual business growth. Address supplier concerns and provide ongoing support.
· Lead efforts to create demand for products by developing and executing marketing campaigns, product promotions, and new product launches.
· Plan and implement product promotional activities in collaboration with suppliers, ensuring maximum visibility and market penetration.
· Collaborate closely with the Sales and Field Application Engineering (FAE) teams to align on sales targets, product offerings, and technical support, ensuring a cohesive strategy to meet revenue and profit goals.
· Work towards achieving overall revenue and profit objectives by focusing on growth opportunities with suppliers, analyzing market trends, and refining sales strategies.
· Monitor and track supplier performance against set objectives and targets, ensuring both internal and external stakeholders are aligned with the company’s business goals.
Requirements:
• Diploma or Degree in engineering electronics or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant product marketing experience from semiconductor industry
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical skills and proficient in MS office applications
• Outgoing personality, positive and a strong drive to succeed
• Overseas travel is required
