RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Work as part of a team to serve as liaison between business support functions, providing them with knowledge of products and/or of the customers.

· Maintain a thorough understanding for the portfolio of brands responsible for including sales objectives and marketing programs

· Develop and provide guidelines for the yearly trade plans aligned with marketing and sales goals; and adjust brand strategies driven by the Travel Retail channel as well as key consumers in the Regions

· Plan introduction of new product initiatives from launch plan to pricing, assortment, forecast and social & digital strategies

· Provide TRWW and Global Marketing with launch performance report and actionable conclusions

· Optimize portfolio/brand productivity in collaboration with demand planners through annual assortment review and SKUs rationalization exercise in an effort to reduce E&O.

· Participate in monthly business report and any ad-hoc business reporting needs

REQUIRMENTS

· Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management and/or Marketing

(or a related/equivalent discipline)

· A minimum of 8 years’ of Marketing experience in Beauty/Luxury and/or Consumer Goods

· Previous experience in Travel Retail is a plus

· Passion for fragrances

· Experience in developing and managing forecasts

The role

Reporting directly to the Singapore Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the overall marketing strategy across all omni channel touchpoints - including digital, retail and influencer pillars for Singapore. Main responsibilities

• Collaborate with Global Marketing and Creative teams to develop brand moments and effective marketing campaign levers aligned with overall business outcomes and brand objectives
• Plan and execute compelling, performance-driven and brand-led campaigns across multiple marketing touchpoints, ensuring a smooth customer journey online and in-stores
• Stay informed on evolving trends, social issues, and consumer behavior to identify and implement innovative campaigns and initiatives. • 1-2 years of relevant work experience in marketing or communications with an omnichannel or direct-to-consumer brand marketing or communication role, or from an advertising agency ideally in account management or account management-planner hybrid role
• Proficient with the entire marketing mix – you have a good knowledge of how and when to leverage different marketing channels for brand activation
• Solid hands-on experience on how to plan an end-to-end marketing rollout for new campaigns
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
