Job Summary:

BF Health & Skin Care Global Pte Ltd is seeking a dynamic and experienced individual to join our team as a Health Supplement & Skin Care Products Trainer & Sales Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for training staff on product knowledge, managing sales strategies, and ensuring excellent customer satisfaction. This role combines training and sales management, requiring a passion for skincare, health supplements, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Product Training & Development:

• Provide in-depth training to staff and sales teams on skincare products, health supplements, and their benefits.
• Develop comprehensive product training manuals and materials for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and new product launches to continuously enhance training content.

2. Sales Management:

• Lead and manage the sales team, setting targets and implementing strategies to achieve sales goals.
• Monitor sales performance and provide coaching to the team to improve customer engagement and sales techniques.
• Develop and execute promotional campaigns and sales incentives to drive product sales.

3. Customer Relationship Management:

• Ensure exceptional customer service by training staff on how to effectively educate customers about products.
• Address customer inquiries and concerns, providing personalized recommendations based on their needs.
• Build and maintain long-term customer relationships to encourage repeat business.

4. Market Analysis & Strategy:

• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for product positioning and market penetration.
• Analyze sales data and prepare reports to identify areas for improvement and new opportunities.

5. Team Leadership & Development:

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team performance goals.
• Implement performance metrics and conduct regular evaluations to ensure team success.
• Foster a positive work environment, promoting teamwork and professional growth.

Qualifications:

• A related field. A background in health, skincare, or wellness is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in sales and training, ideally in the health supplement or skincare industry.
• Proven ability to lead and manage a sales team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to conduct product demonstrations and workshops.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales management tools.
• Passion for health, wellness, and skincare products.

The Job:

• Oversee the admission process - provide a positive customer experience to the candidates before, during, and after their application
• Lead in facilitating the use and troubleshooting of backend IT systems
• Work closely with the Assistant Director to develop an effective marketing plan
• Organise and coordinate various marketing and promotional activities, including local and international information sessions and at selected education fairs and exhibitions, in a timely and cost-effective manner

The Requirements:

• Experience in administering postgraduate and executive programmes in Institute of Higher Learning or equivalent.
• Degree with at least 5 years’ experience in marketing and promoting Higher Learning or equivalent
• At least 5 years’ relevant experience in organising outreach activities

• Working Hours: 11pm to 7am, one week one rest day

• Coordinate the entire operation of all the outlets during schedule shifts

Job Description:

• Manage the day-to-day administrative tasks, including office supplies, equipment, and facilities management.
• Contacting clients to obtain missing information
• Ensure the office environment is organized, clean, and functional for staff and visitors.
• Monitor and maintain office inventory, including construction materials and tools, and reorder supplies as necessary.
• Assist in the purchasing process for office supplies.
• Issue purchase order, checking invoices, record purchase order in SAP system and project tracking and etc
• Perform other ad-hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned by management.

Job Requirements:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Words and Excel.
• Diploma with at least 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Highly organized and able to multitask effectively.
• Experience in SAP software and construction sector would be an added advantage.
