Role Description:

We are seeking a motivated, sales manager to join our team. We offer a highy unique opportunity to work directly with our core leadership team to formulate and drive customer acquisition strategies, go-to-market plans, as well as institutional partnership initiatives. Working alongside a small but diverse group of high-caliber professional team members, you will be empowered to grow, develop and own critical go-to-market initiatives. You will be expected to be a self-starter in a hyper-growth industry, creating investment opportunities for prospective clients, using both online and in-person conferences events to generate investor interest in both DigiFT regulated platform and it’s regulated listed and traded assets.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Head of Sales and Marketing teams.
• Assist with the design and build the sales capabilities to support the growth of DigiFT.
• Help develop and implement sales strategies to acquire new institutional and accredited investors through a strong personal network as well as DigiFT’s resources.
• Manage all aspects of client relationships, including from helping with client product queries, account opening and working with clients to define a digital asset strategy
• Work with key internal stakeholders, e.g. product, marketing, legal, and compliance, to ensure smooth go-to-market launch in different markets.
• Represent DigiFT at key events and conferences to generate sales leads and customer pipeline, build brand awareness as well as co-ordinate with eco-system partners for referrals.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline.
• 3+ years’ experience in traditional finance and/or DeFi sales with a proven track record.
• Self-motivated, self-starter, ability to self-educate and able to work in a result-oriented, fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Multi-lingual is a plus (English and Mandarin) as you will be working across different cultures and geographies.
• Authorized representative to sell securities under Singapore MAS or Hong Kong SFC considered a big benefit for consideration.

• Foster and cultivate robust client relationships by identifying and addressing client needs, delivering bespoke financial planning, and tailored solutions.
• Conduct in-depth market analysis to recommend appropriate financial products and services, driving achievement of sales objectives.
• Educate clients on the features, benefits, and potential risks of financial products while providing expert investment guidance.
• Build and sustain long-term client partnerships, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements:

• A bachelor’s degree or higher in finance, economics, business management, or a related discipline is highly desirable.
• Prior experience within state-owned enterprises, with a comprehensive understanding of their corporate culture and operational workflows, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills, advanced sales techniques, and a client-centric mindset to deliver professional solutions and guidance.
• Strong aptitude for learning and adaptability, enabling swift mastery of financial products and market trends.
• A collaborative team player with a positive attitude and the resilience to thrive under pressure.

Here’s the bit about the opportunity:

As part of the APAC Fireblocks sales team, you will play a meaningful role in scaling one of the fastest-growing companies in the Blockchain and Cybersecurity field. You’ll be targeting a mixture of Financial Institutions and technology partners across APAC working closely with Sales Engineers and the Business Development team.

You’ll be:

• Achieving monthly and quarterly revenue targets
• Working closely with Fireblocks BDRs and GTM Team
• Building and maintaining relationships with prospects and customers
• Prospecting, territory, and account planning
• Updating and maintaining the Fireblocks CRM

You’ll bring:

• Enterprise sales experience in software or institutional sales, selling into a relevant space such as financial services, blockchain, fintech- a must
• Experience within financial services, cybersecurity, or cryptocurrency is preferred
• Experience formalizing and supporting co-sell motion in working with technology partners is preferred
• An understanding of blockchain technology and cryptocurrency
