• Build deep and strategic client relationships to enhance the HSBC franchise and generate value added business.
• Manage business relationships, including with transactional clients who may be serviced on eplatforms for flow based business.
• Manage the entire sales process including post trade processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including Relationship Managers and Cash and Trade product partners, to service client needs and improve share of wallet
• Use performance management and client development plans, to strengthen client relationships and identify cross-sell opportunities
• Understand and ensure compliance with all relevant internal and external rules, regulations and procedures that apply to the conduct of the business
• Deliver fair outcomes for our customers and ensure own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in Market Sales to corporates across flow and events related business
• Strong understanding of Markets products, covering foreign exchange instruments such as Spot, Options, Swaps, and Forwards, and interest rate derivatives and an ability to understand and manage a diverse and sometimes complex, product set
• Strong understanding of needs of corporates, the client base, the market regulations and key sales processes
• Hold relevant exams and qualifications to satisfy local and any cross border market regulations for non-advisory sales and trading activities.
• Good teamwork and to work collaboratively with other colleagues locally and across regions

Responsibilities:

• Implement and monitor social media ad campaigns.

• Identify target audience segments and tailor marketing efforts to effectively generate leads for conversion.

• Regularly report on campaign performance, providing insights and adjustments as needed.

• Utilize data-driven insights to optimize marketing strategies and maximize ROI.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate insights for demand creation activities and lead quality.

• Manage and maintain a marketing calendar to ensure timely execution of campaigns and promotions.

• Video editing and website design

Working Hours:

• 5 days a week. (Off on Thurs & Sun)

• 9am - 7pm

• Closed on public holidays.
