Responsibilities

• Strategic Marketing Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for product suite that aligns with the company's mission and market position to drive product adoption and growth.
• Product Positioning: Formulate and refine the company's product positioning, emphasizing our platform's unique value and advantages leverage customer research, trading knowledge, and crypto market insights to inform the positioning and messaging.
• Campaign Marketing Execution: Oversee and drive marketing campaigns and new product go-to-market launches that effectively communicate the company's product value propositions in compelling and engaging ways. Ensure campaigns are innovative, data-driven, and yield a strong return on investment.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with product teams, executive leadership, marketing stakeholders, and customer support teams to ensure a unified approach to product messaging and user experience.
• Community-Driven Growth: Develop and execute a strategic approach to leverage influencers and community engagement, fostering relationships that drive product awareness and growth, while ensuring alignment with OKX’s brand values and market objectives.
• Product Feedback Loops: Establish a structured feedback loop with users to gather insights on product usage, satisfaction, and pain points. Work closely with product development teams to translate user feedback into tangible product enhancements and new features.

Requirements：

• Experience: At least 5 years of product marketing experience, with a significant portion in consumer tech, fintech, or the crypto industry. Direct trading experience in crypto markets is highly desirable.
• Leadership: Proven leadership experience with the capacity to drive marketing initiatives in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
• Financial Markets Knowledge: In-depth understanding of financial markets, trading principles, and investment strategies. This includes familiarity with various financial instruments such as stocks, bonds, cryptocurrencies, forex, commodities, and derivatives.
• Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong grasp of digital marketing, especially as it pertains to fintech and crypto, including conversion optimization, content marketing, and social media strategies.
• Communication and Influence: Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to influence strategy and articulate complex products to a diverse audience.
• Market Analysis: Demonstrated proficiency in conducting market research, competitive analysis, and trend forecasting in the digital asset space.

Responsibilities

• Growing the commodity client franchise by originating new clients via personal contacts, networking events and collaboration with internal partners such as brokers.
• Provide high-quality sales coverage across Southeast Asia with a special focus on Thailand for OTC Commodities. This includes quoting, deal execution and providing market colour to clients.
• Travelling within the key market is expected. The right talent will be required to make occasional trips to Thailand and maybe other countries to meet up with the clients.
• Responsible for co-ordinating KYC/onboarding and Credit approvals for new clients
• Provide market colour/suggest trading ideas to clients depending on their exposures
• Depending on business needs, this role may be required to manage 1-2 junior team members
• The Company may require you to carry out other duties from time to time

Competencies, Skills, Experience

• Direct sales experience in OTC commodity derivatives and a proven P&L track record
• Familiarity with financial derivatives (futures, swaps, options) is a must.
• Familiarity with commodity underlying, focus on energy (oil, coal, emissions)
• Knowledge of onboarding/credit approval procedures as well as legal documentation
• Strong customer focus and ability to develop and manage your own direct client base
• Team player and ability to collaborate with various internal stakeholders
• Strong risk and compliance ethic with ability to conduct business within Company’s policies & procedures and applicable rules and regulations
• Prior experience or strong familiarity with the Thai market and its dynamics is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in the Thai language is a plus to facilitate effective communication with Thai clients and stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of Thai business culture and practices is beneficial for building strong client relationships.
