Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. This role requires the individual to work closely with clients to understand their needs and align company solutions accordingly. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results that meet customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management:

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients, fostering a positive and long-lasting relationship.
• Ensure that clients are satisfied with the products and services provided by the company.
• Develop a deep understanding of client needs and ensure timely resolution of issues.

Sales & Revenue Growth:

• Identify new opportunities within existing accounts for upselling and cross-selling products or services.

Reporting & Analysis:

• Contribute to business strategy development based on market and client insights.

Project Coordination:

• Manage expectations of clients and internal stakeholders regarding project timelines and deliverables.

Qualifications & Skills:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity/Business & Marketing, or a related field.

Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in account management, sales, or client-facing roles.

Responsibilities

• Monitor trading and hedging positions according to Management mandated risk guidelines.
• Keep updated by monitoring financial markets, trading algorithms, charting and daily counterparty liquidity provider position reporting.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Strong understanding of distributed ledger technology and digital asset use cases, including smart contracts, decentralized finance, and other applications.
• Preferably, a good understanding of the digital asset custody market.
• Strong network with good relationships with large financial institutions, asset managers, and crypto natives who require digital asset custody solutions.
• 10+ years of experience in Sales/Business Development, Software/IT System product management, Technical Sales, Solution Architecture, or equivalent.
• 5+ years of relevant experience advising and selling to financial institutions.
• Demonstrated track record of successful sales or business development support.

Job Responsibilities:

• Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing mining companies and suppliers across various categories.
