As a Marketing Specialist in Crayon Singapore, you will develop and execute go-to-market strategies and build effective campaigns for both Channel and Direct markets. You will collaborate with senior management to drive lead generation, enhance brand awareness, and execute local marketing campaigns & events in line with Crayon’s local and global strategy.

Key responsibilities will include

• Develop strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives and engage target audiences effectively
• Deliver and execute ongoing marketing campaigns and online/offline events, ensuring consistency in branding and messaging across all channels
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales and client teams, to ensure campaign alignment and seamless execution
• Oversee the end-to-end management of campaigns, maintaining timelines, budgets, and quality standards

Your Competencies

• 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing and event management roles
• Proven expertise in planning and executing integrated online and offline B2B marketing campaigns and events, with proficiency in managing CRM tools
• Background in the IT industry, with knowledge of cloud computing, licensing, and software solutions is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

Sales Enablement

• Create and manage sales enablement materials, including product demos, pitch decks, case studies, and competitive intelligence to empower the sales team
• Lead cross-functional collaboration with product management, customer strategy, marketing, and sales teams to ensure a seamless flow of product updates, feedback, and insights that influence both product development and sales strategies
• In conjunction with customer strategy, conduct ongoing market and competitive analysis to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, providing insights that shape sales positioning and tactics
• Collaborate with product and sales to deliver product positioning, key differentiators, for new product launches, to ensure effective and aligned communication across channels (events, presentations, marketing collateral)
• Oversee Asia requirements and process to utilize the Center of Excellence for creative assets from concept to final product to support all go-to-market activities for product launches
• Prioritize creative briefing and creative requests in line with product roadmap planning
• Proactively take inventory of the current set of creative marketing assets, ensuring assets in use follow brand guidelines and increase awareness for all lines of business. Ensure marketing assets are attractive and resonate with our target audience.
• Prioritize digital asset management for both sales teams and their customers via our sales enablement platform (Highspot) and our customer portal

• Drive product marketing support for an ever-evolving product roadmap

Customer Marketing & Events

• Cultivate and manage positive relationships with customers across the region

• Concept and coordinate creative approach, strategy and execution of multi-channel email and social media campaigns that resonate with Asia L&W customers
• Strategic planning, execution, and management of high-impact events, ensuring seamless operations, stakeholder alignment, and measurable outcome

Stakeholder Management

• Keep stakeholders informed about marketing initiatives, progress, and performance through regular updates and clear reporting.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in a professional marketing function, i.e., Product Marketing, Casino Game Marketing, Brand Management, Product Sales, etc.
