This role focuses on the planning and execution of education-related activities and events across the Asia Pacific region, including China and Japan. The position plays a key role in ensuring the delivery of impactful training programs and workshops that enhance the knowledge and skills of healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and execution of Education related activities and events in the Asia Pacific region (including China and Japan). The primary responsibility is to plan and implement educational events across the Asia-Pacific region.
- This role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including healthcare professionals, internal teams, and external partners, to ensure the successful execution of training programs and workshops.
- This position assist the education manager to streamline the education content, and organizing logistics to deliver high-quality learning experiences that enhance the knowledge and skills of medical practitioners.
- In addition to event planning, this position will oversee the implementation of these educational initiatives, ensuring they align with the company's strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
- This includes managing budgets, securing venues, and coordinating travel arrangements for participants and speakers. You will also be responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of the events through feedback and performance metrics, continuously improving the programs based on insights gathered.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Science, life science or clinical /medical related subject
- Medical device and/or clinical industry background preferred, not required.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Experience in planning educational events or similar activities is an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written communication skills, with the ability to converse in both English and Mandarin (Mandarin fluency is required for collaboration with China-based stakeholders).
- Experience in event management, including virtual and in-person logistics.
- The ability to interpret scientific research and make it accessible to diverse audiences.
- Ability to review and interpret scientific research, particularly clinical studies, and summarize key insights.
- Strong interpersonal skills to coordinate effectively with stakeholders across different regions.
