Marketing & Content Associate | Fund Manager | New Headcount

Our client, an up-and-coming fund manager with a venture capital (VC) business, and a multi family office setup, is looking to bring in a marketing and content associate. With new funds raised and new investments made, the marketing hire will play an important piece in branding the business, while bringing value for the portfolio companies under the VCs' care.

The marketing associate will be taking the lead for creation and updating of marketing materials and content, which includes update and improvement of firm's existing website, pitchdeck, marketing narratives, to development of video and podcast, which includes filming and editing.

We are targeting young marketing professionals with agency background, or fresh graduates with content creation experience (open to personal or professional). Experienced marketeers looking for fractional gigs will be welcomed. Candidates with a passion towards the wealth and investment management industry will be preferred. The Enterprise & Field Marketing organization in ServiceNow is responsible for driving revenue growth, adoption and customer success across all our direct and indirect sales channels.

We are a high performing APAC team, looking for a highly organised, goal-oriented, self-directed professional to be an active player in our larger marketing team. You will interact directly with key business leaders and marketing teams across the globe to drive Brand to Demand Generation strategies across the customer’s lifecycle, with a focus on ServiceNow Platform and AI products & solutions

You will play a key role in accelerated pipeline growth, new opportunities and be accountable for revenue targets. You’ll be responsible for driving the program strategy, influencing and collaborating with regional field marketing teams to activate and deliver business growth.

You will have a strong understanding of GTM sales strategies, leveraging GTM motions on solutions, industry, partner marketing, new customer acquisition to achieve results. You’re a savvy APAC marketing program leader who can conceptualize, execute and manage insight-driven optimizations and executive-level reporting across a diverse and matrixed organization.

Crucial to your success is having a good foundation in SaaS and enterprise technology, multi-faceted experience in integrated marketing strategy and program development, relationship management skills, team collaboration, adaptability and expertise in enterprise technology marketing in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the APAC marketing programs lead on ServiceNow Platform and AI programs collaborating closely with all GTM, Sales, Partner teams to gather insights, develop strategies and align plans to accelerate business growth.
• Develop a data-informed strategy on audience segmentation and opportunity, prioritization of marketing channels and tactics to conceptualize programs that will drive demand for the ServiceNow Platform and AI
• Lead through influence to ensure delivery and execution at scale of demand generation programs across the APAC marketing and business teams that result in measurable growth in business goals and revenue. Set best practices in narratives, engagement and high-performance campaigns.
• Leverage all direct and indirect channels to land new business and drive up-sell, cross-sell marketing campaigns across customer buying centers and activate the ecosystem for new business acquisition.
• Develop and test new program scenarios to drive optimizations and efficiencies against investments.
• Prepare and input into forecasts, performance reports, monitoring key business metrics, quality and audience insights.
• Continually look at ongoing innovations and best practices to elevate the program, experience, and results.
