• Provide expert interior design consultations and presentations to prospective clients
• Collaborate with clients to understand their design requirements and translate them into innovative and functional interior solutions
• Develop detailed design concepts, mood boards, and 3D visualisations to bring clients' visions to life
• Manage the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initial client meetings to final installations
• Work closely with the project management team to ensure timely and successful project delivery
• Attend site visits and liaise with contractors to oversee the implementation of design plans
• Stay up-to-date with the latest interior design trends, materials, and industry best practices

Responsibilities

• Manage Service Parts and Accessories order and supply within and outside Asia Pacific regions
• Order management to ensure smooth order receiving and processing
• Supply Operation. Handle enquiries from Distributors. Liaise with forwarders and suppliers on shipments arrangement
  Handling of shipment documentation, e.g Invoice, Packing list, Bill of Lading etc to ensure smooth custom & clearance by importers. Handling of warranty claims, short mispacking report and logistics quality problem report
• Handles SAP Payment of supplier and buyer invoices
• Prepare monthly report to report on KPI results

Requirements

• Degree in Logistic related, no experience is welcome, with 1 to 2 years working experience in similar job scope is preferred
• Effective verbal and written communication skill
• Strong analytical thinking and negotiation skills
• Self -Starter, well -organized & have a flair for numbers
• Eager & fast to learn, open minded for feedback and improvement
• Highly competent with MS Office (Power Point, especially Excel, Access)
• Power BI will be an added advantage
• A team player with strong sense of responsibility, able to work independently, mature, self-discipline with good time management
• Willing to travel to Asia If needed
