Join as a member of a high performing sales and coverage team providing transaction banking solutions to the bank’s Global Financial Institutions client base with needs in Singapore and Southeast Asian markets. The role will require building a working partnership with one or more Treasury Sales Officers (TSOs) in Southeast Asia to support the growth of the assigned portfolio. Key responsibilities include supporting all activities from sales through to implementation and coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP) by focusing on client acquisition and deepening existing relationships. Job expectations include partnering with product specialists and service partners by making recommendations and creating customized treasury solutions that meet client needs. The role will provide an opportunity to develop direct client relationships with a path to becoming a TSO overtime.

Responsibilities:

• Assists with coordinating the Client Management Process (CMP), including client planning, client calling efforts, client team meeting preparation, delivery, and follow-up, and revenue and pathway tracking
• Conducts industry, client, and prospect research to develop strategies and create proposals and pitchbooks for pre-call planning
• Completes price and cost benefit analysis models to develop pricing strategies, which includes working with the Treasury Sales Officer on non-standard pricing
• Ability to function successfully on a self-directed basis in a fast-paced environment while managing competing priorities under time pressure
• Collaborative approach to business in support of close team environment
• Partners with Product Specialists and support partners to develop strategies to grow revenue and deepen existing relationships
• Supports clients through the implementation, client onboarding, and training activities
• Ensures the accuracy of sales data including managing sales pathways, call reporting, and profitability reporting
• Participates in in-person calling activities and ad-hoc direct sales opportunities with Treasury Sales Officers

REPORTING LINE: Sales Director of Electrical Connectors Division

PURPOSE OF THE POSITION: You work as part of an office-based admin support to the ECS team of 4 sales engineers/director; coordinating between the sales team with customer/prospect visits, calls and e-mail.

• Provide support to Outdoor Sales Team on quotations and proposals
• Manage and follow-up tele-enquiries, email-enquiries
• Handling of incoming calls and collections
• Process of sales orders and ensure orders fulfilment
• Coordinating all deliveries to ensure efficient and effective services to the customers
• Create and maintain both inventory and customer databases
• Conduct mass mailing and tele-marketing periodically
• Assist in organizing exhibitions and seminars as and when needed
