What you’ll do

As an Inbound Sales Development Representative (Thai-speaking) at Airwallex, you will drive Airwallex’s future growth engine by working with the Marketing and Channel Partnerships teams to qualify leads that will build Airwallex’s sales pipeline. You will be responsible for end-to-end management of small and medium enterprise (SME) leads in Thailand, ranging from qualifying, pitching, onboarding and activating new clients across Thailand. As a key member of the Growth team, you will also share valuable insights that will help create an even better experience for future clients. • Provide input and assist with new digital and traditional marketing campaigns
• Follow up on submitted proposals and work closely with the Manager to foster strong relationships with customers
• Create and track submitted proposals and report status to the Manager
• Develop an appropriate network of industry contacts and reach out with direct marketing tools
• Liaise with manufacturers of products to study problems, troubleshoot technical questions and relay information back to Manager
• Represent at trade exhibitions and events as required
• Accompany the Manager for client meetings as needed.
