Responsibilities/Job Duties:
· Achieve department objectives by planning thoroughly, setting sales goals, analyzing performance data, and making accurate forecasts.
· Establish, develop, and nurture strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and business opportunities are maximized.
· Set sales goals and regularly evaluate performance against these goals, making adjustments where necessary to stay on track.
· Negotiate trade conditions with buyers and sellers, ensuring favorable outcomes for the company.
· Manage trades in domestic, import, export, and multi-country operations, particularly in the ferrous raw materials sector.
· Handle credit risk management and perform financial analysis to evaluate the financial health of clients and minimize risks.
Requirements:
- A Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field
- Responsible, good communication and interpersonal abilities
- A positive attitude to learn and grow the company
- Willingness and ability to travel when required for business purposes
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
