The Marketing Manager leads & oversees the Key Marketing functions of the hotel, restaurant, bar and social spaces. As the APAC Field Marketing Director – you will be focused on the entire APAC region and be part of the Global Field Marketing team. • Partner with the OSO team to build and deploy an effective digital engagement strategy for the brand that is fit-for-purpose across all affiliates.
• Manage the relationship with Key External Experts to develop insights and services through effective engagement with key stakeholders in close collaboration with medical.
• Coordinate with affiliate-level operational plans, conduct operational reviews highlighting potential deviations from the global strategy.
• SBM Lead will interact with Affiliate Brand teams and other SBM Leads.
• Other such duties as may be reasonably required by the business.

Minimum Requirements:

• 8-10 years experiences in pharmaceutical and/or healthcare industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in biology, Molecular Biology, or other scientific discipline.
• Pharma sector experience with strong customer focus; in multi-disciplinary, matrix and cross-cultural settings.
• Strong sales and marketing experience in an affiliate.
• Track-record of leading planning process with excellent organisational and collaboration skills
• Proven ability to influence, (appropriately) challenge and engage diverse senior stakeholders.
• Coaching and collaboration skills to interact with all levels of personnel to achieve shared goals.
• Demonstrable examples of ability to develop, coach and enable high performance teams and proactively promote best practice and knowledge sharing.
• Proven compliance expertise; to understand and comply with industry laws and relevant regulations.
• Fluent in written and verbal business English.
• Graduate or equivalent professional qualification and/or proven expertise.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Oncology experience preferred.
• Above country experience a plus.

• Responsible for one sub-segment or a complete product portfolio of the business and manage, for the Group, the full marketing strategy for its portfolio (Vision & Roadmap, SPRINT, Launch, support to MARCOM; Portfolio Management incl. EOL, TCO).
