Job Description
• Build and implement sales strategies.
Responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve the company's business objectives. Ensure sustainable revenue and market share growth.
• Consult and introduce investment and immigration programs
Advise and provide detailed information on investment and immigration programs that suit clients' needs and goals. Ensure clients receive optimal and reliable solutions.
• Lead and train the sales team
Responsible for managing and leading the sales team, including training, skill development, and building an effective, motivated team capable of achieving company goals.
• Build and maintain relationships with VIP clients
Develop and maintain strong relationships with VIP clients through communication, professional customer care activities, marketing sources, agents/referrals, personal relationships, etc.
• Manage the work reporting system
Manage and implement systematic tasks, update client information and sales progress. Prepare reports related to sales activities, clients, and work effectiveness.
• Develop partnership relationships
Develop and maintain relationships with partners such as banks, financial organizations, business associations, etc., to optimize the partner network and diversify customer referral sources, increasing sales opportunities.
• Customer care and ensure positive experience
Ensure clients receive the best care and a positive experience from product introduction to transaction completion, ensuring it meets their needs and expectations.
• Support and organize workshops and events
Participate in organizing and supporting the company’s periodic events and workshops, contributing to brand recognition and client/ partner connections.
• Proactively research and share market information
Research, update market trends, information about new immigration programs, and investment
opportunities. Proactively share this information with clients to provide them with an overview
and help them make informed investment decisions.
Job Requirements
• 3-5 years of experience in high-end sales, team management, or infinancial services, real estate, investment consulting industries.
• Leadership skills: Effective team management and training skills, ability to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Communication skills: Excellent communication, persuasion, and customer care abilities.
• Industry knowledge: Understanding of foreign investment and immigration programs, related
legal processes.
• Technology proficiency: Proficient in using sales support systems and tools for reporting.
• Mindset: Good thinking, long-term commitment to the immigration industry.
