We are looking for a talented and energetic digital sales person to join the team in Singapore as we continue to grow in the Asia region.
Summary
In this exciting role, you will be responsible for owning strategic demand side relationships with a focus on media agencies (Client Leads, Digital Leads, Digital Heads, Digital Planners, Integrated Planners, Buyers, digital traders and Trading desks) along with associated brands, DSPs and other specialized buyers in the video ecosystem.
As a Sales Manager, Demand Facilitation, you will
● Generate digital advertising sales revenue from the Singapore and Asia markets for Magnite.
● Build, manage and grow relationships with media planners and buyers, agency trading desks, programmatic buying units & direct brands across the video ecosystem
● Establish and grow strategic relationships with brands, media agencies, trading desks and demand side platforms via a consultative sales approach
● Understand the company's supply offering and inventory, as well as how to package and position it amongst buyers (brands & media agencies)
● Establish prioritization of accounts and strategic engagement plans for the quarter and the year.
● Work internally with the Magnite teams across publisher relations, media planning, demand operations, product development and marketing
● Help to build out the business by creating workflows, inputting to scalable package solutions, and communicating the new offerings externally
● Creatively market new publisher inventory to buyer networks. Effectively communicate progress to the Magnite publisher team in terms of advertisers requirements.
● Evaluate the rapidly evolving ad tech ecosystem for new ideas/opportunities to guide the company's business strategy and growth
● Operates effectively within a global company, soliciting feedback on key accounts from other markets and reciprocating appropriately to ensure effective collaboration
● Responsible for meeting the quarterly individual sales targets and contributing to team’s quarterly targets
● Maintains pipeline activity in Sales Force along with weekly sales meeting log
● Capture product features required to bring on new business, delivering revenue cases that can be used to aid prioritization
● Partner with Asia marketing teams to develop and attract partner involvement within press releases, case studies, thought leadership, business social sharing and custom events
● Be an active and positive presence within the Magnite Asia team
● Act as subject matter expert internally and externally for both programmatic, managed service buying and selling of online media
● Provide input to Management that helps shape team policies and processes
● Performs other related duties as assigned by management
Qualifications & Experience
● Minimum 6+ years of experience in the online digital space working with DSPs, Agency Trading Desks, Media Agencies and Brands
● Understanding with online advertising and the display video lumascape in the Singapore and Asia market
● Must have a strong ability to present to small and large groups, including industry events
● Effectively engage in detailed conversations with clients of all seniority levels
● Successful partnership relations within media holding company agencies : including C-suite, Digital Heads, Trading Directors and Client leads
● Ability to understand/present complex products and deal structures
● Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, high growth, and technical environment
● Proven track record in digital video selling in the Philippines & meeting revenue targets
● Bachelor’s degree
● Based in the Singapore, with a minimum of 6+ years’ experience in digital advertising sales
