About this role:

We are seeking a Manager of Project Management to guide our creative team's project initiatives. This role is central to our operation, blending project management acumen with creative process insight to drive project success. The successful candidate will demonstrate proven expertise in managing a variety of creative projects, embodying leadership qualities that inspire teams and delivering projects that align with strategic business goals. What you'll do

What you'll need

• Minimum of 5 years in project management within a creative agency or similar environment, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Demonstrable leadership skills with experience in building and guiding teams.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively engaging and influencing various stakeholders.
• Strategic and analytical thinking abilities, with a capacity to oversee multiple projects and drive them to successful completion.
• Experience in project management platforms, tools and software including but not limited to the likes of Zoho, Notion, Bitable, Asana, ResourceGuru, JIRA, Float, monday.com etc.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
