Are you a creative and detail-oriented communications professional looking to make an impact? Join our team as a Communications Executive for a 6-month temporary position, covering a maternity leave. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to meaningful initiatives and projects that drive our company's branding, sustainability, and communication goals.

Contract Duration: February 2025 – August 2025

Key Responsibilities:

Media Monitoring:

• Part of the daily media monitoring team.
• Solely manage media monitoring responsibilities on select occasions.

Sustainability Reporting:

• Assist in the production and distribution of the company’s sustainability report.
• Support data collection and readership analysis.

Internal Branding & Sustainability Campaigns:

• Contribute to campaign planning and production.
• Help with data collection and analysis for improved outcomes.

Brand Monitoring & Initiatives:

• Provide support in monitoring and implementing branding initiatives.

Corporate E-Newsletter:

• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather information.
• Write, edit, and assist in the production of the company’s quarterly e-newsletter.

Communication Channels & Materials:

• Create and maintain content for the company’s website, corporate deck, social media platforms, and corporate messaging.

What We’re Looking For:

• A Degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in relevant roles.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English with a flair for versatile writing styles.
• A creative and resourceful individual with plenty of energy and a self-starter mindset.
• A team player and independent worker capable of thriving under pressure and meeting tight deadlines.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills, with an eye for detail and a perfectionist approach to work.
• Proficiency in communication tools, content creation and management systems, analytics software, and digital/social platforms.
• Flexibility with working hours as required.
