Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Development: Identify, target, and secure new corporate clients through strategic outreach and networking, focusing primarily on organizations where you already have HR contacts or industry connections.
2. Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain excellent relationships with HR managers and decision-makers, acting as a trusted advisor on corporate wellness solutions.
3. Sales Strategy: Develop tailored sales pitches, proposals, and presentations that emphasize the value and ROI of health screening programs for employees.
4. Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close deals that align with company objectives while ensuring client satisfaction.
5. Market Analysis: Continuously monitor trends in corporate wellness and health screening to identify market opportunities and refine sales strategies accordingly.
6. Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including medical professionals and operations, to ensure seamless delivery of services and outstanding client experiences.

Requirements:

• Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally in healthcare, wellness, or a related industry.
• Strong network of existing relationships with HR professionals in Singapore.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and meet or exceed sales targets.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and adept at building long-term partnerships.
• Knowledge of Singapore’s corporate culture and health industry regulations is highly advantageous.

What you'll do:

As an Events Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing the development and implementation of comprehensive marketing plans for various events and conferences. This includes optimizing direct mail, email, website merchandising, search engines, and social media marketing strategies. You will work closely with a larger marketing team to integrate these events into broader marketing campaigns. Your role will also involve tracking web analytics reports and direct mail campaign analyses to enhance website usability and boost conversion rates. Additionally, you will handle the management of venue and vendors, including sourcing, negotiation, payment, and reconciliation. Presenting event plans to all levels of management will also be a key part of your role.
