Key responsibilities and duties include:

• Actively creating leads, following them up, and converting them into new Fitness First members.
• Actively engage with new and existing members to obtain potential membership referrals.
• Build rapport with prospective members to identify their needs. Demonstrate how the facilities and offerings at Fitness First can help them to achieve their health and fitness goals.
• Providing support at Front of House to ensure our members receive the unparalleled Fitness First experience.
• Work as a team to successfully exceed the membership sales targets and KPIs.

• Manage customer accounts
• Build and maintain good customer relationships through regular and effective communications
