Minimum 5 years of sales or customer service experience in the insurance, banking, property or educational consulting industry.

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Adaptability to changing market conditions and customer needs.

Willingness to travel as needed (if applicable).

Job Requirements:

• Drive revenues for the region.
• Develop and execute against a comprehensive GTM plan for the region.
• Create & articulate customized Rakuten Symphony value propositions for the customers.
• Ensure proper and timely handling of customer’s requirements and issues.
• Cultivate long-term relationship with key customer stakeholders across the region.
• Represent customer requirements to product and delivery teams.
• Work collaboratively productively with the pre-sales team.
• Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
• Manage contract negotiations.
• Ensure customer satisfaction.
