Primary Responsibilities

Marketing Strategies

• Develop efficient and intuitive marketing strategies.
• Organise and oversee advertising, marketing, and communication campaigns across various platforms (digital and print).
• Plan and execute events such as competitions, promotional activities, and outreach events.

Market Research and Analysis

• Conduct market research to evaluate trends, brand awareness, and competition.
• Analyse and present data, including social media analytics, to inform decision-making.

Customer Engagement

• Assess customer requirements through surveys.
• Write copy for marketing materials, including campaigns, brochures, posters, and website content.

Collaboration and Reporting

• Monitor campaign progress using metrics and submit performance reports.
• Collaborate with the manager on budgets and expenses.

Sponsored Teams Relationship

• Procure and curate content for marketing and outreach.

• Attend to inquiries and requests.

Secondary Responsibilities
