Sales Admin:

• Follow the process from Order booking till Sales invoicing with close communication with internal team members & customers
• Manage relationships with customs and transportation suppliers.
• Optimizes the flow of information between departments involved in the processing of
• customers’ requests

Logistics

• Track import orders
• Track, prepare, and send orders within the specified time frame to customers
• Handling disputes related to transportation (package loss, delivery to incorrect
• address, etc.) = occasional tasks
• Stock management with first in first out

Requirement

• Major in International Trade/Logistics and related 3 years+ working experience
• English (Reading Writing Speaking)
• Computer skills (ERP - CRM - MS Office (Excel & PPT))
• Required experience: Customer Service - Import and Export
