• Plan, execute and manage all digital marketing channels with innovative ideas (e.g., company websites, social media, etc.) to ensure brand consistency.
• Regularly generate, edit, publish and update company websites, social media posts, stories, and other sharable content
• Creating and copywriting advertising assets in the form of copy, video and images
• Manage and improve online content and track SEO efforts.
• Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies through digital marketing and be open to experimenting with new channels.
• Any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Job Responsibilities:

1. Client Relationship / Acquisitions

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and inbound leads.
• Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
• Present, promote, and sell products/services to prospective clients
• Drive bid processes and ensure efficient and relevant participation with operations.
• Negotiate and close contracts.
• Address customer needs and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure that clients have a positive experience with the company, from the initial contact through the entire sale process

2. Sales Targets and Reporting

• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the team’s overall revenue goals.
• Provide accurate and timely reports on sales activities, including pipeline updates, forecasts, and client interactions.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to both new client acquisition and client retention.

3. Sales Operations

• Maintain CRM system, and other sales tools to ensure effective sales operations.
• Contribute to a culture of strong sales performance through the use of the Compass Group sales methodology.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s services and industry trends.
• Use organisational knowledge to educate clients and provide them with the best possible solutions.

4. Market and Competition Analysis

• Participate in the analysis of geographical sector in terms of opportunities, movements and anticipates future consultations by defining the priorities and objectives to be achieved.
• Identify and gather intelligence on key opportunities, trends and competitors. Analyze the positioning of the competition in the territory.

Health and Safety Responsibilities:

• Follow Compass health, safety and security procedures

• Report all incidents and hazards immediately
• Complete all required HSE training

QUALIFICATION / EXPERIENCE:

• University degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics and /or related areas
• Minimum of 8 years of sales experience, preferably in Hospitality / Food Catering.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite

Key Responsibilities:

• Involved in campaign management, including executing product promotions, product launches, product listings, and campaign follow-ups.
• Manage the online store, ensuring it is up-to-date and optimized for user experience.
• Work towards achieving growth targets and meeting sales goals through effective digital marketing strategies.
• Assist in developing and implementing demand generation plans to increase site revenue.
• Collaborate with the Design Team to fulfill artwork requirements and ensure deadlines are met.
• Maintain stock inventory accuracy and address any discrepancies as they arise.
• Manage online chat interactions and liaise with the Product team to provide accurate product knowledge to customers.
• Generate regular analysis and sales reports to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, digital marketing, e-commerce, or related fields.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Basic Adobe Photoshop knowledge would be advantageous for tasks such as basic image editing and content creation.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in inventory management and reporting.
• Ability to work independently and proactively contribute to the team's success.
