Position: Sales Co-ordinator

Job Scope

1) Co-ordinate with sales & customer on shipment arrangement

2) Follow up on customer schedule report

3) Data entry order placement, invoicing, shipping procedure

4) Desk bound work, mostly communicate thru phone & email

Requirement

1) Able to communicate with Chinese speaking customers

2) Able to work in a fast-paced environment

3) Computer literate

4) Meticulous with positive working attitude

5) Independent, initiative & responsible

6) Related experience is an added advantage

What We’re Looking For:

• Sales-Focused & Driven: You are self-motivated and excited to meet or exceed sales goals.
• Sales Experience: At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales or business development (bonus if you’ve worked with tech or software products).
• Good Communication: You can speak and write clearly, and you're great at presenting ideas.
• Energetic & Positive: You enjoy building relationships with people.
• Team Player: You work well on your own but also enjoy being part of a team.
• Bilingual (Optional): If you speak more than one language, that’s a bonus!
• Extra Skills: Experience with CRM/ERP systems, web apps, or IT solutions is a plus.
• International Sales: If you have experience in selling to overseas markets, that’s a big plus!

• Conducting sales call to customers from provided leads
• Engage with customers for upselling, cross-selling, and following up on sales leads
• Develop and implement strategies for customer retention, conversion, and loyalty
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams on brand, marketing, and eCommerce activities
• Conduct inventory checks to ensure product availability and timely restocking
• Oversee order processing and delivery for smooth transactions and timely fulfillment
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as needed

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Marketing/Business or relevant field
• Min 1 year experience in Telesales/B2C
• 5 days’ work week (9am – 6pm)
• Location: Macpherson
• Salary: up to $4500
