We're looking for a confident and energetic sales assistant who is eager to grow in a dynamic role. While prior experience in live streaming is not required, we're seeking someone who is comfortable being on camera, open to learning, and ready to embrace new challenges. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service by assisting customers in selecting products that meet their needs and style preferences
• Maintain in-depth knowledge of our products, fashion trends, and current promotions
• Ensure that the store is well-organized, visually appealing, and fully stocked
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues professionally
• Collaborate with the team to meet sales targets and contribute to the store’s success

Requirements:

• Strong product knowledge and a passion for fashion (able to explain materials and etc)
• Previous retail or fashion sales experience is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• A positive attitude, self-motivated, and team-oriented
• Flexibility to work 44 hours per week, from 12:00 PM to 8:00 PM, including weekends
• Commission-based pay to reward high performance
